Aspinwall Room

Named for General Lloyd Aspinwall, the first president of Jekyll Island Club, the circular Aspinwall Room is complete with panoramic, enclosed glass windows sure to inspire the next big idea. Ideal for 10-25 guests.

Cherokee

Built in 1907 in the Italian Renaissance style, Cherokee offers intimate meeting space ideal for a corporate retreat, complete with 10 guestrooms and conveniently located near Faith Chapel. Ideal for 10-50 guests.

Club Ballroom

The only new building in the Resort's collection, the spacious ballroom features high ceilings, a dividing wall to split the pace into two rooms, and a private lobby with phones and facilities. Although this event venue was part of the 1986 restoration, its exterior was designed to blend seamlessly with the architectural style of The Club. Ideal for 36-220 guests.

Crane Library

Exquisitely designed in the Italian Renaissance architectural style, every effort has been made to preserve the design of what was considered the most spacious and opulent cottage on Jekyll Island. The Library features exposed wood beams, and intricate tile flooring. Flanked by an oversized fireplace and picturesque garden views, this is an ideal venue for private dinners, receptions, and inspired meetings. Ideal for 24-40 guests.

Crane Living Room

An idyllic reception and even venue, the Living Room anchors Crane Cottage with its exposed beams, herringbone wood floors, and picture windows overlooking the reflecting pool and Italian cypress trees. Plan an elegant reception or seated dinner, and allow our Culinary Team to prepare the perfect menu. Ideal for 36-100 guests.

DuBignon Room

Warm and inviting, the DuBignon Room's wainscoting and Victorian-inspired wall coverings hearken back to the bygone era. The space has welcomed chamber music concerts, history presentations, wine tastings, chef's demonstrations and other cultural events. The room is named for John DuBignon, whose family owned the Island prior to the purchase of The Club in 1886. Ideal for 66-120 guests.

Federal Reserve Room

It was in this very room that in 1910 a group of businessmen met to solve the economic crisis of the nation, together they created the first draft of what would become the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bank. What will you think up next? The original, exquisite leaded art glass is the focal point of the room. Ideal for 20-40 guests.

Morgan Center

Originally built in 1929 as an indoor tennis court for J.P. Morgan and other Club Members, the facility was renovated in 1986. But it wasn't until a joint venture between the Resort and Jekyll Island Authority that the space was renovated to become Jekyll Island's Conference Center. With over 4900sqft of ground level meeting space, a 900sqft mezzanine, foyer, outdoor terrace, and catering kitchen The Morgan Center is an ideal space for large meetings and events up to 500 guests.

Pulitzer Room

Flanked by an original mirror and a large fireplace, the deep blue Pulitzer room features floor-to-ceiling windows on a rope and pulley system designed in the 1880s. This unique feature allows for walk through access to the veranda. A decorative Japanese folding screen suggests the Victorian preoccupation with the Orient. Named for Joseph Pulitzer, publisher of The New York World and The St. Louis Dispatch, the room is an ideal setting for a board meeting, banquet, or reception. Ideal for 22-60 guests.

Sans Souci Rooms

Sans Souci was built in 1896 for a small group of Club Members including J.P. Morgan. Its name connotes the carefree experience the members anticipated on Jekyll Island. Each of two meeting rooms feature conversation areas decorated in the Victorian style, and mahogany tables with seating for 12, making these rooms ideal settings for luncheons, small conferences, or hospitality suites. Each room is ideal for 10-25 guests.

Astor Room

Coming summer 2017, the Astor Room at Jekyll Ocean Club is an oceanfront venue and the newest addition to Jekyll Island Club Resorts.
