Between Jekyll Island Club and Jekyll Ocean Club, the resorts host approximately over 15,000 square feet of flexible, distinguished meeting space, and several more outdoors, including lush gardens, picturesque lakeside, and oceanfront venues. Our swoon-worthy spaces allow meeting planners to plan their next association, organization, or corporate retreat, starting with the perfect venue.

Total rooms: 200, including 40 ocean front suites at the Ocean Club and the original rooms of the historic Jekyll Island Club and unique accommodations in the historic cottages for individual or group reservations

Morgan Ballroom

Approximately 4,278 sq. ft. | Up to 500 Guests

Originally built in 1929 as an indoor tennis court for Club Members, the Morgan Ballroom thanks to a joint venture between the Resort and Jekyll Island Authority, was renovated to become Jekyll Island’s Conference Center. With over 4,200 sq. ft. of ground level meeting space, an approx. 1,114 sq. ft. mezzanine, foyer, and outdoor terrace, the Morgan Ballroom is an ideal space for large meetings and events up to 500 guests.

Club Ballroom

Approximately 2,025 sq. ft.   |   Up to 220 Guests

The only new building in the Island Club’s collection, the spacious ballroom features high ceilings, a dividing wall to separate the space into two rooms, and a private lobby with phones and facilities. Although this event venue was part of the 1986 restoration, its exterior was designed to blend seamlessly with the architectural style of The Club. Ideal for 36-150 guests; suitable for up to 220 guests.

Cherokee Cottage

Built in 1904 in the Italian Renaissance style, Cherokee Cottage offers intimate meeting space ideal for a corporate retreat, complete with 10 guestrooms and conveniently located near Faith Chapel and Crane Cottage. Ideal for 10-50 guests.

Crane Library

Approximately 400 sq. ft. | Up to 40 Guests

Exquisitely designed in the Italian Renaissance architectural style, every effort has been made to preserve the design of what was considered the most spacious and opulent cottage on Jekyll Island. The Library features exposed wood beams and intricate tile flooring. Flanked by an oversized fireplace and picturesque garden views, this is an ideal venue for private dinners, receptions, and inspired meetings. Ideal for 24-40 guests.

Crane Living Room

Approximately 1,232 sq. ft. | Up to 70 Guests

An idyllic reception and event venue, the Living Room anchors Crane Cottage and features exposed beams, herringbone wood floors, and picture windows overlooking the reflecting pool and Italian cypress trees. Arrange a seated dinner for up to 70 guests when you reserve the 13 rooms in the Cottage. Include the Courtyard for your function to host up to 100 guests.

Crane Dining Room

Perfect for corporate meetings or quant rehearsal dinners, the Crane Dining Room helps to round out the collection of rooms in the Crane Cottage. The Italian Renaissance architectural style continues into this stately room. Flanked by an expansive fireplace, the Crane Dining Room sits 16-20 guests.

Meeting Table With Rolling Chairs In The Pulitzer Room.

Pulitzer Room

Approximately 480 sq. ft.   |   Up to 40 Guests

Flanked by an original mirror and a large fireplace, the deep blue Pulitzer room features floor-to-ceiling windows on a rope and pulley system designed in the 1880s. Named for Joseph Pulitzer, publisher of The New York World and The St. Louis Dispatch, the room is an ideal setting for a board meeting, banquet, or reception and is attached to the Aspinwall Room. Ideal for 22-40 guests.

Federal Reserve Room

Approximately 480 sq. ft.   |   Up to 40 Guests

It was in this very room that in 1910 a group of businessmen met to solve the economic crisis of the nation, together they created the first draft of what would become the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bank. The original, exquisite leaded art glass is the focal point of the room. Ideal for 20-30 guests.

Named for Nelson Aldrich, one of the original members of the Jekyll Island Club, the Aldrich room features wood pocket doors and may be combined with the Federal Reserve Room. Ideal for up to 40 guests.

Named for General Lloyd Aspinwall, the first president of Jekyll Island Club, the circular Aspinwall Room is complete with panoramic, enclosed glass windows sure to inspire the next big idea. Ideal for up to 25 guests.
